One Handed Catch

We love sitting outside with the kids.  Mackay and Aaron throw the ball constantly.

This night Mackay wanted to try catching with ONE HAND!!

I took about 5 different videos... majority of the time - he CAUGHT IT!

So the question is....

WHY AREN'T WE PLAYING FOOTBALL THIS YEAR???????

Salamanders

Last night my dad made me get in the window wells to clean them out.  There was lots of spiders, bugs, garbage, and leaves in there.  It was gross.  But then as I lifted some of the leaves - I found THESE!!

Salamanders!!!

This is a baby one.

We found 6.  Hayden wanted to keep them.  My mom and dad said no.  He cried.  After we let them go on the golf course, Hayden was so upset.  I ran back to see if I could find just 1 for him to keep but I couldn't.  Right as I saw 1, I was trying to grab it and the sprinklers came on and soaked me.  Hayden was still sad he didn't get to keep them.  I thought they were gross but kind of cool.

Me and my brother were sleeping in our tent the other night.
It was fun!

We watched movies all night.
Hayden peed and pooped outside like a dog.
My mom got mad and told him he was too young to sleep outside.
I liked sleeping outside,
but when I woke up the sprinklers started and the grass was wet.
It didn't get us wet.
I want to sleep out there again soon!!!
